I chose this hotel to attend an annual general meeting, and it was a great choice. The facilities at The 3-star Stella Hotel were perfect for my needs, whether I was working or enjoying my leisure time in Phagwara. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. I was able to use all the necessary amenities, such as the iron and hairdryer, without any issues. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was the availability of a business center. It would have been convenient to have access to computers, printers, and other office equipment to complete some urgent tasks.

The decoration at Hotel Stella Continental was simply exquisite. The elegant furnishings and beautiful artwork created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The common areas were spacious and easy to navigate, making it accessible for senior people like me. I appreciate the thoughtfulness in designing the hotel with the comfort of older guests in mind.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and understanding of our needs. I understand they are busy, but sometimes they seemed a bit preoccupied and rushed.
